Prospective Parents for Reception 2026

We are delighted you are considering joining our Hursthead Infant family. We are very proud of our school. Hursthead Infant School is rated Outstanding in Personal Development by Ofsted and our end of Key Stage 1 results in reading, writing and maths, in some instances, are triple the national average. Life at Hursthead Infant School is under-pinned by a family ethos and we ensure that each and every child is nurtured. The pastoral care we provide is key in order for all children to flourish. We place a strong emphasis on music, art and sport and aim to develop rounded individuals.

Choosing a school is a big step in a child and parent's life. We believe the best way to decide if our school is the right one for your child is to come and see us in action.
